With the Self Reliance ATM card you can do your banking anytime – day, night or weekends. If you would like to have the convenience of 24-hour banking, just fill out this form and return it to us. Your ATM Card will arrive about 2 weeks after we receive your request.
You must select a Personal Identification Number in order to make your ATM card useable. Choose four numbers which will be easy to remember. Be sure not to choose a sequence that someone might guess easily, such as your birthday.
Use your SRNYFCU ATM Card to make:
